• All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.
   
• Payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
   
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
   
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   

• Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time of service.

• If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns.
   
• Refunds or re-cleaning services will be provided at our discretion.
